This is an art blog within the website, visual and literary gifts for our dear visitors, sometimes my sister Pauline is part of the party, sometimes not. In this first one, she was ! Please click on the text or the thumbnail to display full-sized artworks and discover which words sit next to the graphics. They’re all written in French, translated, with my means, the most accurately possible.
Il s’agit d’un blog artistique intégré au site, qui offre des cadeaux visuels et littéraires à nos visiteurs précieux. Parfois, ma sœur Pauline participe à l’aventure. Dans ce premier article, elle était présente ! Cliquer sur le texte ou la miniature affiche les images en taille pleine et tu pourras ainsi découvrir les mots qui accompagnent les illustrations. Tous sont nativement écrits en français, je les traduis humblement pour nos visiteurs internationaux.
La série qui suit est le fruit de dessins simples faits avec un super cadeau que Pauline m’a fait, un boite de feutres à alcool, et des marqueurs. Quoi de mieux pour démarrer cette série que l’accompagner de mots en corrélation avec les objets et les emmener vers d’autres perspectives. Sur le principe du avant/après, la série s’est voulu ludique graphiquement mais pourra revêtir une certaine profondeur dans le texte, on ne se refait pas, du moins pas complétement !
The following series is the result of simple drawings made with an awesome gift from Pauline, a set of alcohol markers and other pencils. What better way to start this series than to create relationships between words and these tools and take them to other perspectives. Based on the before/after principle, the series is intended to be graphically playful but may take on a certain depth in the text. We can’t change who we are, at least not completely !
